Our Approach

Crafting excellence with high-quality materials, top workmanship, and reliability.

Our objective is not to engineer the least expensive roof possible. For each roofing project, we only use a leading brand of select materials, bypassing the temptation to prioritize cost or capitalize on back-end discounts from suppliers. Our criteria for material selection revolves around choosing the finest available options, emphasizing quality and performance.

Our commitment to a superior installation is unwavering. We adhere to numerous standard procedures that surpass typical roofing codes. These include reinforcing valleys, penetrations, crickets, and replacing flashing, among others. We recognize that investing a bit more time and resources in using special materials and incorporating meticulous details can significantly enhance the longevity and effectiveness of the entire roof system.

Choosing the right  Roofing Company and things to look out for to ensure you are getting the best quality service…

Generic Roof

What constitutes a Generic Roof? The building department does not require roofing contractors to utilize specific brand-name materials; instead, they stipulate that the materials must meet the minimum standards set by the municipality. Frequently, contractors opt for the most economical materials available, resulting in a roof that can be deemed generic or of inferior quality.

Materials with no warranty

Unfortunately, there are roofers out there who will try everything under the sun to make more money. One of their tactics is using materials that DO NOT have a warranty.

They will find a distributor that sells defective shingles and repackages them as a “House Brand”.

CAUTION, even though the shingles are well known brands the manufacturer will not honor their warranty.

Shortcuts

Some roofers will take shortcuts some of these include but not limited to:

  • Not removing all of the existing underlayment

  • Not installing Ice & Water barrier in the valleys

  • Not replacing soft or rotten decking

  • Not replacing compromised flashing

  • Reusing old pipe flashing vents

Questions to ask the roofer you are thinking about hiring:

  1. Do they have insurance?

  2. What training and certifications do they have?

  3. What warranties do they offer?

  4. Where are they sourcing their materials?

  5. What is their workmanship process?
